How do I become a customer of IES?
To be able to order books online from IES Ltd, you need to be a registered customer of IES. Click on the "Sign-up Now" button that is visible on the website and complete the form. These details will be emailed to IES where a representative will be in contact. Once accepted, you will be given a username & password. These are required to be able to place orders.

Can I make credit card payments on the IES site?
No, the site is not presently designed to accept credit card payments. You need to be a registered customer of IES. Orders will be added to your account and invoiced at a later date.

What are the book categories down the left side of the page?
These are book categories that IES are currently promoting. They include titles associated with Bookfest, junior/leaving cert, present and past award winners and general leading titles.

How do I search for books?
To search for books under general keywords place the keywords into the search box at the top of the page. For a more specific search, click on the "Advanced Search" link. In this section you can search by author, title, keywords, publishers & date of publication. Multiple entries can be placed within the search form to allow a narrower set of results.

I am an existing customer of IES but I have never made an online order. I would like to start ordering online. What should I do?
Before you can place an order, your organisation details will need to be added to the IES database. Contact IES who will provide you with a username and password and instructions on how to place online orders.

I have forgotten my username / password; what should I do?
If you have forgotten you password, click on the "Forgot Password" link that is on the shopping cart login page. Your password will be emailed to the email address that is associated with your account. If you have forgotten your username, contact IES.

I have changed my organisation email address. Should I contact IES with the new address?
Yes, contact IES as soon as possible. You will not be able to receive email confirmations without a valid email address. A rep from IES will update your details on the database.

I have a question about an order that I have placed. What should I do?
On the confirmation email you will see an order number. When you are contacting IES remember to quote this number along with your query.

When I try to search for books no search results are returned. Why is this?
The distributor database may be experiencing a temporary problem. Contact IES if you are experiencing this type of problem.
